Terms and Conditions 1. Annual Academic fee shall be payable into two installments for all courses except Medical, Dental and courses offered on annual pattern. First installment of fee shall be charged at the time of counselling. Subsequent installments shall be payable from 16th October to 31st October and 1st April to 15th April every year failing which a fine of Rs 100 per day shall be charge for 15 days. If a student fails to pay the fee within the prescribed limit with fine, his / her name shall be struck off from the rolls of the MM(DU). However, Competent Authority may allow re- admission if satisfied with the explanation for not depositing the fee and in such case a Re-admission fee of Rs 2000/- shall be levied. 2. Tuition fee increases @ 7% per annum. 3. Hostel and Transport charges shall be extra as per MM(DU) norms notified from time to time. | 4. If a student leaves the course mid-stream, he / she will be required to pay fee for the balance duration of the course as per Supreme Court Judgement in Islamic Academy of Education case. 5. In BHMCT, M.Sc. Dietetics and B.Sc. Hospitality and Catering Management Rs 12000/- per annum are charged for Operations / Training / Laboratory etc. (Included in the above mentioned fee structure) 6. Student will have to pay fees for the extended duration of the program. 7. If a student is detained in any subject for shortage of attendance as per MM(DU) norms she/he shall be required to attend classes again for which fee shall be charged as per MM(DU) norms. |

In order to provide wings to the dreams of the students of MM(DU) and to launch their careers in the corporate world, the Central Placement Cell with its genesis in the year 1995 has successfully proved its existence in doing so. The corporate world is always on the lookout for a suitable candidate who is able to cope with the ongoing competitive world and has a zeal to outshine other colleagues with regard to acquired hard skills, critical thinkers with strong work ethics, ability to learn things quickly and implement the same as and when required and more importantly adapt to the changing corporate world and be extremely dynamic. The biggest challenge today is not employment but ‘being employable’. To bridge this widened gap between the Campus and the Corporate and to make one Industry-Ready, The Training and Placement Department at MM(DU) works together hand-in-hand to cater to the needs of the students in making them world-ready. The Training department, with the support of a dedicated team of seasoned Trainers, implements a 360-degree approach with its key emphasis on giving the leaders of tomorrow a complete edge by acing their GD/PI skills, helping them master the art of communications, making them adept with technical and logical abilities, grooms their overall personality, imparts them with life skills and ensures they are ready to outshine in the professional world as well as in every walk of their life. With polished functional corporate skills comes the challenge to secure umpteen opportunities and that’s how the Placement Department comes into play, with its responsibility to find desired jobs for the students and desired candidates for the companies as a part of the moral obligation towards the youth, the society and the nation at large. With numerous links and connections with the biggies, the team coordinates with different companies, corporate houses, start-ups and listed names and invites them to MM (DU) for campus hiring with handsome packages. The entire team at the Placement Department ensures that the student is properly guided and counseled regarding the placement process right from day one till his onboarding in a particular company and even after. Due to the tireless efforts of the placement team, their strong connections within the industry and sheer belief in their students, the Department has been able to place many students in many world-renowned companies.
We at MM(DU) strongly believe that each and every MMDU student would spread his/her golden dust with the progressive learning attitude that they have been sculptured with and would come out victoriously with flying colors in each field of their life.
The University offers separate hostels for boys and girls supervised 24X7 by wardens and vigilant security personnel. Life-on-campus not only helps students to study but to socialize with their peers.
The health care facilities at MM(DU) are active 24 X 7 with round the clock provision of emergency services.
Residential facilities provided to about 500 faculty and administrative staff with families staying in the university campus, is an ideal set up for research, social get-togethers and mentoring culture.
The campus doesn’t just have books or stationary items, but also lets dwellers buy apparels, electronics and lifestyle accessories, sports goods, and instruments for music and entertainment, and so much more!
Most of the academic and cultural events of the university are conducted in the auditorium. Centralised air conditioners, Wi-Fi service and a magnificent stage with green rooms are the major highlights of MMDU’s world-class auditorium.
MM(DU) offers its students and residents the advantage of advanced IT infrastructure and high end Unified Threat Management (UTM) system for secure network.
The Campus has two Central Parking besides the
VIP Parking nearing every Institutions and
Individual Parking.
MM(DU) houses a Central Library; additionally each constituent institute has its own library and provides to its students and staff a chance to explore a world of knowledge in a conducive environment.
No other institution or university gives their students the opportunity to participate in a plethora of sporting events.
The modern banking facility in the campus is yet another testimony to our State-of-the-art infrastructure.
With a massive fleet of over 84 Deluxe buses meticulously managed by a competent team of professionals in the Logistic Department and in-house fuelling stations exclusively meant for captive consumption.
