Admission Process

• For initiating the process of admission, applicants are required to fill up the Online Admission Application Form available at:
  or send the filled in & scanned Admission Application Form along with the qualification documents and academic certificates. If educational documents of qualifying examination are not in English, it is mandatory to share translated and notarized copies in English.
• After admission and scholarship eligibility assessment for the program applied for, the Provisional Admission Letter (PAL) along with requisite Undertakings will be electronically shared with the applicant.
• After receiving the PAL, to confirm the admission and scholarship offered, applicant shall transfer the part of fee as mentioned in PAL (Minimum Deposit before Visa), through any bank to MM(DU) bank account as per the details mentioned on PAL (this fee is not separate and is part of first year tuition fee).
• After bank transfer of part of fee, the applicant shall electronically send copy of the fee transfer proof (Wire transfer /SWIFT transfer receipt) and signed Undertakings to the Department of International Affairs.
• After Confirmation of fee transferred and fulfilment of all the conditions as mentioned in the PAL, Letter for Visa or Final Admission Letter (FAL) will be issued to the applicant.
• After receiving Letter for Visa or Final Admission Letter (FAL), applicant is advised to apply for Student Visa at the nearest Indian High Commission/ Indian Embassy with required documents (Not applicable for Nepalese and Bhutanese students).
• After getting the Student Visa, the student should book air tickets for New Delhi or Chandigarh airport and share the air tickets with Department of International Affairs for airport pickup assistance (on actual chargeable basis), at least seven days before the date of travel.
• Students are advised to report at the MM(DU) campus well before the last date of reporting, as mentioned on the MM(DU) website.
• In case any Information given by the applicant during admission process is found to be incorrect, this shall entail automatic cancellation of admission besides rendering him/her liable to such action as MM(DU) may deem proper. Admission to MM(DU) and continuance on its rolls are subject to the provisions of the MM(DU) and other rules & instructions as may be applicable from time to time.
